We use 925 sterling silver for all our jewelry, with optional 18K gold or rose gold plating. Our pieces are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and safe for everyday wear.
Currently, our focus is on high-quality sterling silver with gold plating. We plan to introduce solid gold options soon.
With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its shine for years. Sterling silver can naturally oxidize over time, but this can easily be polished with a soft silver cloth.
We recommend avoiding water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to extend the life of your plated jewelry.
Shipping
Custom items are made in 3–10 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–15 business days depending on location.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We currently offer standard shipping as free and expedited shipping with extra fee.
Returns & Refunds
You may return or exchange items within 30 days if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. For non-quality returns, a 50% crafting fee is deducted due to the personalized nature of the item.
Only if there is a production error or defect. Otherwise, personalized items are not eligible for a full refund.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible.
