At JewelRylee, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each piece is carefully inspected by our quality assurance team before it leaves our hands. Since many of our items are custom-made, we kindly ask you to review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.


Full Coverage Return or Exchange

We will offer a free return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item or order.
  • The item arrived damaged, or the personalized details do not match what you provided.
  • The product is defective in quality.

🚫 What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products damaged by chemicals or improper care (e.g., silver polish, chlorine, perfume, etc.)
  • Natural oxidation of silver (can be cleaned with a polishing cloth).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
  • Personalized items returned for non-quality reasons.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order is submitted, changes or cancellations will incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • After your order has shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.

🛠️ Return Instructions for Defective or Damaged Items

  2. A clear photo or video of the issue
  3. Your order number and brief description
  4. Our team will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

📦 Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you'd like to return your item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind):

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request return instructions.
  2. Ship the item to the address we provide and share your return tracking number.
  3. You will receive a 50% refund of the product price (a 50% personalization fee is deducted).

  • We cover return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-quality returns.

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Returns take 2–3 weeks to process after the item arrives at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
