We specialize in custom-made jewelry, including personalized names, birthstones, and engravings. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for double-checking personalization details before placing an order.
- Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
- Errors in personalization entered by the customer are not eligible for a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products without prior notice.
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on destination. Custom items may require more time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping info.

Summary:
- 30-day window for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
- 50% refund for non-quality-related returns of custom items.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled after placement but before production incur a 50% restocking fee.
- Orders cannot be canceled after production or shipping begins.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, including logos, product designs, and images, are the intellectual property of JewelRylee. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
JewelRylee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
